These Terms and Conditions govern all use of this website and any supply of goods by Temy  Industries (Pty) Ltd (“Temy Industries”).   

By accessing this website, requesting quotations, or purchasing any products, the customer  agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between  the parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

2. Product Information & Technical Data   

All product descriptions, specifications, certifications, samples, and technical data are  provided for general guidance only and may change without notice.   

No information provided shall be construed as a guarantee, warranty, or representation of  performance.   

The customer is solely responsible for testing, verifying, and approving all products for their  intended use. 

3. Compliance & Regulatory Responsibility   

Temy Industries does not guarantee that any product complies with any specific law,  regulation, or standard in any jurisdiction or application.   

The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and  standards. 

4. Orders & Acceptance   

All orders are subject to written acceptance by Temy Industries.   

Temy Industries reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order without liability. 

5. Pricing & Payment   

All prices are subject to change without notice.  

Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed. 

6. Delivery, Risk & Title   

Delivery timelines are estimates only.   

Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.   

Ownership remains with Temy Industries until full payment is received. 

7. Installation, Application & Use   

Temy Industries accepts no responsibility for incorrect installation or misuse. 

8. Product Performance   

No guarantees are made regarding performance in specific environments. 

9. Limitation of Liability   

Temy Industries shall not be liable for any damages beyond the invoice value of goods  supplied. 

10. No Warranties   

All products are supplied “as is” unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

11. Indemnity   

The customer agrees to indemnify Temy Industries against all claims arising from product  use. 

12. Returns & Claims   

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

13. Intellectual Property   

All content remains the property of Temy Industries. 

14. Force Majeure   

Temy Industries is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control. 

15. Governing Law   

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
